Events FAQs

Can I bring a grill or cook food on-site?

For everyone’s safety, grilling and open flames are not allowed inside the park—including Sternos and chafing fuel.

Do non-swimmers or parents still need a ticket?

Yes—all guests who check in under your event name will need to pay the discounted admission rate, whether they plan to swim or not.

Is there a place to store cake or food?

We don’t have refrigeration available, so be sure to plan ahead and bring coolers if needed.

How do you keep track of my guests?

You’ll choose a fun “check-in name” for your event (like Emma’s Birthday Bash!). Guests will use that name when they arrive and our admissions team will keep track of your guests as they arrive.

What if fewer guests show up?

No problem—you’ll only pay for the guests who actually check in.

What if extra guests come?

We’re happy to have them! Just note that you’ll be charged for everyone who checks in. If your group exceeds your reserved space capacity, a $100 fee will apply for additional room (based on availability).

Will I have access to electricity?

There are no electrical outlets available on the deck, so plan accordingly.

Can I bring my own music?

You’re welcome to! Just keep in mind the park already has music playing, so personal speakers may be harder to hear.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits go toward your rental fee and are non-refundable.

Can guests pay for themselves?

Yes! Guests can pay individually when they arrive. Your rental fee simply secures your space.

Are little ones free?

Yes! Guests under 32 inches tall get in free.

Does the rental include admission tickets?

The deck rental covers your space only—admission tickets are not included and must be purchased separately.

What if it rains?

If the park closes due to weather and no backup date is available to reschedule your event then your rental fee will be refunded and rain passes will be given to all guests who entered the park before closing.

What’s included with my rental?

Each deck rental comes with six picnic tables, discounted admission tickets and all-day access to your reserved space—plenty of room to relax and celebrate!

How early can I start decorating and setting up for my event?

All decorating may begin at park opening (no access before 10am) and must be completely removed from the event space by 5:30pm at park closing (including all trash, and personal belongings) Trash cans will be provided on the deck for your convenience.

*A $100 cleanup fee will be charged to event hosts should all decorations, trash and personal belongings not be removed before park closing at 5:30pm.
